Finish Product Associate Manager in Local Manufacturing Kaluga (LMK), Russia

Intro

Then, this is the moment to take the managerial position as FP Associate manager and become a part of Finish Product Department Management team. This role is based in Kaluga (Russia) and directly reports to Senior Finish Product Department Manager, located in LMK, Kaluga, Russia.

The position

As a FP Associate manager, you will be responsible for a team consist of 6 specialists working on a standard office schedule engaged in supporting and continuously improving the production processes of the Finished Product department (Assembly and Packaging lines). FP production is running on shifts, shift setup is set like 2 or 3 shifts 5 days a week.The FP management team consist of 6 first-line managers and 1 Area specialist.

The LMK site is a modern production facility (~300 employees) with aseptic production, finished production, quality control, production support and other cross-functional business processes. LMK is a key contributor site to the virtual factory across Local Manufacturing via best practice sharing and continuous improvement. Same, LMK has a strong collaboration across other NN sites.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective support of Packaging & Assembly processes.
• Exerting a positive influence on timely deliver product to market on agreed demand with high performance and effectiveness of FP Department in operation
• Ensure high level of quality in frame of established QMS (quality management system) and ensure compliance at organisational level in accordance with NN and EUAE/RU requirements
• Ensure systematic approach and continuous improvement OEE, Lead time, DV reduction, Driving Instant Release
• Drive operations in a cost-effective way
• Lead strong and effective collaboration with stakeholders in across LM, LMK, P&O and NN Quality
• Be a role model in a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring department processes are optimized and meet stakeholder expectations

Qualifications:

• Engineer, Pharmacist or other relevant university degree (Master)
• 3+ years production experience or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years’ experience in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• High awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Confident use of cLEAN tools supported by examples of implemented initiatives in-use
• Cross-functional team experience including managing or participation in complex teams
• Strong people management skills
